Following the onsite meeting held 1 March 2013 between APARC and RMS Staff, I have been advised that APARC as the distributors of the following parking meters has been audited and approved for the Pay Parking Devices and Systems list. The following parking meters have satisfied the essential and desirable evaluation criteria as detailed in the current RMS Pay Parking guidelines version 3.1 dated June 2009 for the following meters:
 
Parkeon StradaPAL, coin, credit and contactless
Parkeon CityPAL, coin credit and contactless
 
Accordingly, the Parkeon StradaPAL & Parkeon CityPAL meters are approved for use by parking authorities (councils and declared organisations) in any pay parking scheme on any road or road related area within their area of operations.

Burwood Council will take action to ease parking congestion for residents and visitors by increasing the number of its on and off-street parking meters.
