The City of Sydney currently engages APARC to maintain at least 275 Parkeon Strada Ticket Machines.

The City experiences network uptimes in excess of 99% and average response time to faults of less than 60 minutes for monthly reporting periods. The delivery of the services are at all times in accordance with the contractual requirements and to date no ‘non-compliances’ have been raised.
